Tea is excellent! Service is quick despite a large amount of people. I ordered the Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea (no ice, slight sugar) and it's pretty good. Personally I prefer Jasmine so I'll be back to try that next.

I love their Da Hong Pao Milk Tea! Service here is efficient if you order with their online system. If you want to pay with cash or if the online system doesn't accept your card, the service will be inconvenient. It's even a bit hard to access the online system if you aren't connected to the K11 wifi. I tried and watched several other people attempt to order from the staff but all were ignored.

I like Chinese milk tea because it’s not overly sweet or rich like Taiwanese milk tea. It’s just a pity that they don’t have jelly or tapioca pearls. Besides the famous jasmine milk tea, you can also try the new melon milk tea and lychee milk tea. They’re lightly sweet, refreshing, and perfect for the hot summer.

One of the most popular bubble tea brands in China. It was quite popular at this location. I waited for less than 10 mins for my drink to be ready. Strong tea flavor was a plus for me.

This outlet located at Tsim Sha Tsui, K11 shopping center. Quite crowded during dinner time. But serve fast, within 5 min I got my drinks Drinks is good, I ordered hot jasmine green milk tea with little sugar. It is just nice, not too sweat but bring out the taste of the tea. Price starting from HKD 28 and they accept credit card, Octopus and cash.

I tried their jasmine milk tea at a popup in Paris and was DEVASTATED to know it was just a pop up and they weren't gonna open a store in Paris! So ofcourse I had to take a trip to Hong Kong just so I could have it again. EVERYDAY! It's THAT GOOD!! I was not kidding about having it every day while I'm here! I miss it already Open a store in Delhi and Paris ASAP!

i cannot praise this place enough. their tea is just AMAZING. i was randomly walking by when a member of staff handed me a sample of their lychee black milk tea. since then, i visited chagee every day of my trip (not just once a day ). even now when i'm back home i miss & crave it so so much
